Welsh+Major: modern - ish WM2001

Formal CPD
2 Hours - FORMAL

Duration: 01:11:58

As David Welsh + Christine Major say, “we are modern-ish architects. We consider our work with a broad modernist sensibility; using a rigorous approach that is not constrained by the dogma of materials or austere functionality. We respond, rather than react, to the programme and context, and where possible look to introduce the atypical, the unexpected”.

This talk presented by both Christine and David, walks us through nine of their projects, residential and commercial, and provides a unique insight into how the practice designs and delivers their projects.
