    Rod Rose - Best Practice Bushfire Protection Design (2020): RR2101

    This CPD course relates to the following AACA NCSA Elements: 4, 6 & 8 

    Learning Outcomes:

    • Be familiar with the new Planning for Bushfire Protection (PBP2019) requirements
    • Understand how the current PBP document and AS3959 interact with regard to the classification of Bushfire Attack Levels (BAL) and what design and construction materials are required to comply.
    • Be aware of the standard processes and the opportunities that site specific assessment may benefit for individual developments, such as increased yield on a site etc.
    • Understand the requirements for Complying Development in Bushfire Prone Land (BFPL).
