Martin (B. Env. Eng. Hons 1, B. Arch. Hons 1) is a qualified environmental engineer, architect and sustainability consultant, with 20 years of post-graduate experience. He has worked with INTEGRECO for around 15 years as a:
- Senior Sustainability Consultant;
- Energy and Water Consultant and Certifier;
- BASIX Assessor (Water, Energy, Thermal Comfort);
- Thermal Comfort energy modeller (AccuRate and BERS Pro);
- Section J Assessor (i.e. NCC Energy Performance Assessor);
- Green Star® Building Sustainability Assessor;
- NatHERS thermal comfort Assessor;
- EarthCheck® Sustainability Assessor, and;
- LCA and Carbon Assessor of materials and buildings.
Martin has worked on numerous Sustainability Consulting projects undertaking energy assessments, water assessments, carbon analysis, materials selection and sustainable design consulting. He has worked on a wide variety of retail, commercial and residential development projects, including:- Sydney University - Energy Modelling and Section J for College Buildings Alterations and Additions;
- Macquarie University - Water Analysis and Design - Sewer mining, water recycling. modelling and monitoring for sports facilities ($1.6m capital costs and huge operational savings);
- Eco-fitouts for Brisbane City Council Headquarters and AMP Headquarters Sydney;
- ‘Waterpoint, Shepherds Bay’, ‘Australia Towers, Sydney Olympic Park’, ‘Wentworth Point Marinas’, ‘VQ Harbour Views’ and numerous other projects for Billbergia;
- ‘Trio Camperdown’, ‘Putney Hill, Sydney’, ‘Queens Riverside, Perth’ and others for Frasers Property;
