In this talk, he teams up with his associate Rouzbeh Loghmani to talk you through the most consistent issues with Development Applications, specifically in NSW, but these are issues applicable Australia wide.

    Michael Neustein is an architect, urban planner and urban designer with extensive experience in the design and delivery of urban projects. 


    His advice on aspects of urban planning, design management and the securing of approvals has provided a wide range of experience on projects up to $2 billion value. He has brought to these jobs the knowledge of architecture and urban planning now so rare in the specialised construction industry. 


    Michael is an industry leader through his chairmanship of the Australian Institute of Urban Studies, NSW and has recently completed five years as chairman of the International Urban Design Conference.

    Rouzbeh Loghmani is an urban planner and urban designer with experience in the design and delivery of urban development projects of a variety of scales. 


    He is experienced in project planning, design management and the securing of development approvals. He has consulted private sector, developers and local government. Rouzbeh has brought the combined knowledge of architecture and urban planning to the work he is carrying out in the industry and for academia. 


    Rouzbeh is a Registered Planner with the Planning Institute of Australia and a visiting lecturer in the fields of urban design and planning at The University of Sydney, School of Architecture, Design and Planning.
